- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until just incorporated.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
