- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 3 slices of turkey or chicken
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 2 slices of tomato (optional)
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of bread, spread side down, on a microwave-safe plate.
- Layer with cheese, turkey or chicken, and tomato slices if using.
- Sprinkle garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Top with the second bread slice, spread side up.
- Microwave on medium power for 30-45 seconds, or until the cheese melts.
- Let it cool for a few seconds before serving.
