Ingredients

- Dill pickles (or any type of pickles)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Slice the pickles into chips.
- In one bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine cornmeal and bread crumbs.
- Dip each pickle slice first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the cornmeal mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with oil and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
