- 2 cups coconut flakes
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine coconut flakes and condensed milk in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a ball, placing an almond in the center.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture and almonds.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, coating them completely.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them set in the fridge until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
For extra crunch, chop the almonds before adding. Adjust coconut flakes for preferred coconut flavor. Experiment with different types of chocolate.
