- 1 pound Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the carrots into even-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the carrots in the mixture until well coated.
- Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Best served warm. Optional: sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
