- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, black beans, and salsa in a slow cooker.
- Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top about 15 minutes before serving and cover until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
