  • 2 Spicy sausage links
  • 2 Sweet peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan, browning on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken and add the spicy sausage to the same pan, cooking until browned.
  4. Add chopped sweet peppers and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, add vinegar and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use good-quality sausage. Can adjust the amount of spicy sausage for heat preference.
