- 4 Chicken thighs
- 2 Spicy sausage links
- 2 Sweet peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil), for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan, browning on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and add the spicy sausage to the same pan, cooking until browned.
- Add chopped sweet peppers and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add vinegar and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook until the chicken is fully cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use good-quality sausage. Can adjust the amount of spicy sausage for heat preference.
