Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with smoky spices, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat until cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Once grilled, slice the chicken into strips.
  4. In a large tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to wrap the ingredients.
  6. Optionally, toast the burrito on the grill or in a pan for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes
