- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of cupcake liners to form a crust.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Pour this chocolate layer over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- Mix the brown sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips to make the cookie dough.
- Scoop the cookie dough on top of the chocolate layer once it’s set and spread evenly.
- Chill the cups in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Press crust firmly for a sturdy base. Allow the chocolate layer to set completely before adding the cookie dough to avoid mixing layers. Experiment with different chocolate chips or nuts for added texture.
