Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge each piece in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the salmon bites until they are golden and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Toss the crispy salmon bites in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
