- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then coat it with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the salmon bites until they are golden and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lemon juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Toss the crispy salmon bites in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven for best crispiness.
