- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
