Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
For serving, top with powdered sugar, fresh fruits, whipped cream, or ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or refrigerate for a week.
