- 1 cup Blueberries

- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the vegetable oil and stir until everything comes together.
- Gently fold in the blueberries to keep them whole.
- Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh or frozen blueberries without thawing. Don’t overmix to keep muffins fluffy.
