- 12 soft Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each half.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the rolls.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a beautiful presentation, arrange the cheesy bread on a serving platter and garnish with some extra chopped parsley on top.
