- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon orange oil or 1 teaspoon orange extract
- Sugar or cocoa (for rolling finished truffles in)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-proof bowl at 50% power, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- Whisk in the heavy cream until the mixture is shiny and smooth.
- Stir in the orange flavoring.
- Cool the mixture to room temperature, then refrigerate until firm but soft enough to shape.
- Shape the mixture into balls. If too hard, let it sit at room temperature for easier rolling.
- Roll the truffles in sugar or cocoa powder.
- Store the truffles in an airtight container at room temperature.

Use high-quality dark chocolate chips for best flavor. Adjust orange flavoring to taste.
