Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start by rolling out each slice of bread with a rolling pin to flatten it.
  2. Next, take each slice and roll it up tightly.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the egg, milk, cream, and vanilla.
  4. Dip the rolled bread slices into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. In a hot skillet, add the knob of butter and place the rolled slices in the pan. Cook until they are slightly golden on each side.
  6. For the coating, mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Once cooked, roll the warm French toast rolls in the sugar mixture.
  7. Serve them hot with a nice cup of coffee.
