Instructions
- Combine mixed fruit, lime juice, and optional honey in a mixing bowl. Stir gently and set aside.
- Preheat a skillet or oven to medium heat.
- Cut the pita breads into triangles.
- Brush each pita triangle with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Bake or pan-fry the pita chips until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the fruit salsa chilled with the cinnamon sugar pita chips for dipping.
Notes
