- 1 cup mangoes, diced
- 1 cup kiwis, diced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently add in the diced mangoes, kiwis, strawberries, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
- Stir until the fruits are well coated with the cheesecake mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, garnished with additional fruits or toasted coconut. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
