- 1 30-oz can fruit cocktail in juice
- 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 8-oz can mandarin orange slices
- 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1 24-oz container of sour cream
- 1 box orange flavored gelatin
Instructions
- Pour all the fruit into a colander and allow the juices to drain for about four hours.
- Combine the sour cream and orange jello in a large mixing bowl. Stir until it’s completely mixed together.
- Add the drained fruit and mini marshmallows to the bowl. Gently stir to coat everything well.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour, preferably four hours or overnight.
- Stir right before serving and enjoy chilled!
Notes
For best results, ensure to drain the fruit well and consider using fresh fruits for a different flavor.
