- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pack cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, then fold in whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchier crust, crush the Oreo cookies finely. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mixture.
