Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the browned beef, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
