- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.
- Add pasta, diced tomatoes, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- Cover and cook until pasta is tender (about 10-15 minutes).
- Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
