Ingredients
Scale
- 600 g whole Oreo cookies, about 50 cookies
- 170 g unsalted butter, melted
- 500 g heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 150 g condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 20 Oreo cookies to make crumbs and mix them with melted butter. Press this mixture into a baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the vanilla extract and condensed milk until well combined.
- Crush the remaining Oreo cookies and gently fold them into the cream mixture.
- Spread the cream mixture over the cooled Oreo crust and top with another layer of crushed Oreos.
- Freeze the dessert for at least 240 minutes before cutting it into squares and serving.
Notes
Use fresh Oreos for the best flavor and texture. For a thicker ice cream layer, consider adding more heavy cream.
