- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the watermelon and mixed berries in a large bowl.
- Whisk together honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit salad.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Add chopped mint leaves and toss again.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
