- 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and fresh herbs in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours or overnight. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
