- 180g all-purpose flour
- 200g sugar
- 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 100ml milk
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 150g white chocolate, melted
- 200g Kinder Bueno bars, crushed
- 400g butter, softened
- 500g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk (for buttercream)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in melted white chocolate and crushed Kinder Bueno bars.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- For the buttercream, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar and milk until fluffy.
- Once the cake is cooled, frost it with the white chocolate buttercream and garnish with extra crushed Kinder Bueno on top.
- Slice and enjoy your decadent Kinder Bueno bar chocolate cake!
