Kinder Bueno Bar Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 180g all-purpose flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150g white chocolate, melted
  • 200g Kinder Bueno bars, crushed
  • 400g butter, softened
  • 500g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk (for buttercream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fold in melted white chocolate and crushed Kinder Bueno bars.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. For the buttercream, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar and milk until fluffy.
  8. Once the cake is cooled, frost it with the white chocolate buttercream and garnish with extra crushed Kinder Bueno on top.
  9. Slice and enjoy your decadent Kinder Bueno bar chocolate cake!
