- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pound green beans
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add lemon juice and green beans to the skillet.
- Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes after cooking.
