- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, etc.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: diced cooked meat (ham, bacon, or sausage)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
- Fill each cup with a mixture of cheese, vegetables, and meat.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and slightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
Notes
Grease your muffin tin well to prevent sticking. Use cream instead of milk for a richer flavor. Mix different cheeses and add herbs/spices for enhanced taste.
