- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 pack (about 10 oz) graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Gently swirl in crushed or pureed mixed berries, being careful not to fully mix to create the swirls.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Garnish with fresh berries on top before serving.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Use fresh berries for the best flavor.
