No Bake Banana Pudding Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafers
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. In a serving dish, layer vanilla wafers, a layer of the mascarpone mixture, sliced bananas, and drizzle with caramel sauce. Repeat the layers.
  5. Finish with a layer of mascarpone and drizzle more caramel on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe bananas for the best flavor. You can add a splash of coffee or espresso to the mascarpone mixture for a richer flavor.
