Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Layer the graham cracker crumbs in serving cups, followed by the lemon cheesecake mousse. Repeat layers until filled.
- Top with additional graham cracker crumbs and a slice of lemon for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing. Adjust powdered sugar for sweetness. Gently fold whipped cream for a thicker mousse.
