No Bake Oreo Cheesecake

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo chunks for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a bag or food processor.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter to form the crust.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and light.
  6. Add some Oreo chunks into the mixture for extra flavor.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the pan.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Top with additional Oreo chunks if desired before serving.

Notes

For a thicker crust, add more crushed Oreos or reduce the melted butter. Customize toppings with chocolate shavings or caramel sauce.
