- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 cup Cream
- 1 package Gnocchi
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Paprika powder
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces and sauté them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pan, cooking until they become translucent.
- Slice the bell peppers and add them to the pan as well.
- Pour in the cream and mix everything well.
- Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the chicken and paprika mixture, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
Best served warm with fresh herbs; great with a side salad or crusty bread.
