Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chicken breasts; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve the teriyaki chicken over cooked rice and top with steamed broccoli.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Notes
