- 4 oz Smoked salmon
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill
- 1 Baguette or crackers, sliced
Instructions
- Slice the baguette or crackers into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on each piece.
- Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
- Add a few capers and a sprig of fresh dill on top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version. Add lemon juice to the cream cheese for extra flavor.
