Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 package of puff pastry or tortilla wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional, for brushing)

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if using puff pastry.
- In a bowl, mix together the spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If using puff pastry, roll out the pastry sheet and spread the filling evenly. If using tortilla wraps, spread the filling over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Roll the pastry or tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- If using puff pastry, cut into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil if desired. If using tortillas, slice into pinwheels.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown if using puff pastry, or arrange on a platter if using tortillas.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
