Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the melted butter.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
